Our Story

Allisons Butchers – Hog Roasts Made Simple
Since 2021, Allisons Butchers has been proudly serving customers with our signature Hog Roasts. It all started with a simple gazebo and our trusty Hog Roast oven—equipment we still hire out today.
Our approach to catering remains the same: straightforward, no-fuss, and focused on good food done right.
From humble beginnings under a gazebo, then a small towable trailer, we've now upgraded to a bespoke catering van.
However, we understand that not every venue can accommodate a large van, and not everyone wants the hassle of cooking, carving, or preparing everything for their guests.
That’s why we offer a buffet-style Hog Roast. The pulled pork is served hot in a large bain-marie, accompanied by fresh brioche rolls and a selection of condiments including apple sauce. We also provide a variety of buffet menus to complement your occasion.
Our setup is simple by design, which means we can keep our prices low—no unnecessary extras, no fancy frills.
